As part of their research, this team created a blogspot to share ideas about how to work the science up into a design proposal. They were quite taken with the use of GFP (green fluorescent protein) as a tracking tool in science. Their film explores a form of body-language; the association of an emotional state with a transient pattern on skin. If a mutation ever led to this phenotypic feature, it would give humans a sixth sense and enhance non-verbal communications.
